I Saw it on TV - Pull Gear Down Via Speeding Truck

Although probably not an FAA approved maneuver, it was proved possible. When the gear wouldn’t come down and all other methods exhausted a speeding truck was driven down the runway while a Cessna 210 hovered over. Men in the back of the truck used a pole to pull down the gear. You can read more at avweb.
