VATSIM Announces 1 Million Hours of ATC and 5 Million Hours of Flight Time

VATSIM (Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network) has announced that they have achieved a huge milestone. Sometime last night VATSIM reached a total of 1 million hours of ATC service provided by virtual air traffic controllers. They also passed the mark of 5 million hours of flight time.

VATSIM officials also mentioned that in the next year several new improvements are coming. Improvements to training software, new software packages, and other improvements are reportedly in development.
