Navy Cormorant Launched from 150 feet Underwater

The US Navy is currently testing a new UAV (MPUAV) which would be released from submarines 150 feet underwater. The strange looking craft would then float to the surface. Upon reaching the surface the Cormorant would then be propelled by rocket boosters to its destination.
