• Handcrafted carbon-fiber headband for maximum strength and durability

• Dual voice coil ENC technology provides superior active noise cancellation
• Cell phone and aux music input, with three included accessory cords

• Auto-shutoff with 30 hour battery life
• High fidelity stereo earphones with dual volume controls

My new X11 doesn’t works correctely.
When I enable the autoshutoff mode to avoid the batteries consumption, it shutoff only after a half of second so I must to work turning in desable mode the shutoff selector.
Second problem; while I’m speaking during flight I can’t hear my voice. It isn’t normal !!
I gave back to the seller my X11 and 2 months later he sent to me a new X11 but after a fast test I verify the same problems (my suspect is that the seller sent to me the same headset) however I resent to them for second time my headset X11 expecting a repayment.
I will attempt for a new X11 purchase with a new seller hoping in a more luck
